Minor Hockey Registrations for Eaglet, Dynamite and Novice Players

Innisfail Minor Hockey is still accepting registrations for Eaglet, Dynamite and Novice players for the upcoming 2017/18 season.  Attached is the Player Registration Form along with the Parent Code of Conduct which must accompany the registration.  Player registrations may also be mailed in to the address on the form.
