- Hockey Alberta Respect in Sports (Parents) must be taken by a parent in each household

- Resident players wishing to try out/play in other associations must first register with Innisfail Minor Hockey BEFORE any permission forms can be signed

The Innisfail Minor Hockey Association (IMHA) Office (Upstairs at the Twin Arena) has the following office hours to accept off-line registration payments:
Sun. June 23 : 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Mon. June 24 : 10:00 am - 3:00 pm & 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Wed. June 26: 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Thu. June 27 : 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm
Sun. June 30 : 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
