Coach Evaluation
Coach & Manager mid-season surveys open today!
Innisfail Minor Hockey Association uses the mid-season surveys to pass along kudos & learning opportunities to our volunteer Coaches & Managers.
You can give positive feedback so the volunteers know they are doing good things and we can share those with other volunteers to add to their toolbox. You may have areas where you think the Coach or Manager may not be giving enough focus or attention to and this can help them understand what may be needed.
Links for each survey are attached below.
The surveys will be available online until January 5th, 2019.
The Coach Survey can also be completed on Assistant Coaches.
Please complete ONE survey per Coach. ( It is difficult to give feedback when Coaches name is entered as "Midget A Coaching staff", "Bob, Frank & Sam", etc.)
The surveys should take approximately 2 - 6 minutes to complete depending on amount of feedback you wish to give.
Remember to get to the last page of the survey to complete it.
